Terms of service apply to any and all persons purchasing Paws and More Pet Care treats.
We understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary. In the event that you need to cancel your purchase or service, our Cancellations and Refund Policy is as follows:
Cancellation Policy;
All cancellations or request for refunds must be communicated to us in writing through our official email or contact Paws and More Pet Care via the "get in touch" button. Once we receive your cancellation or refund request, we will be in contact.

Refund Policy;
Refund requests are required to be in written form via our email below. A refund will only apply if the item is damaged/faulty within 14 days of delivery. If there is something wrong/not satisfied with your order please make contact with us as we pride ourselves on our high standards of customer service.
Please note refunds may not be eligible after 14 days and do not include postage fees. Paws and More Pet Care do not offer exchanges for any products or services.

Product Disclaimer Paws and More Pet Care reserve the right to change product pricing, packaging and ingredients at anytime. The product colour and texture may alter slightly between batches. We strive to use the freshest and highest quality ingredients in our products, which may vary from time to time based on what is in season/available.
As such, we recommend checking the label or our website for any updates to the ingredients list before your pet consumes our products. If you have any questions or concerns about our ingredients, please contact us for more information.​
REMEMBER: Paws and More Pet Care treats are not intended to replace a regular balanced diet. If your pet has never consumed a certain ingredient included within the treats it may need to be introduced slowly. Please consult your veterinarian for nutritional advice.
